In these pages that we read they mainly talked about how Lennie, George, and Candy talk about how they should all combine their money and all live together on their own little peice of land somewhere where they will all be happy together and able to make money and live on the fatta the land. I think that this is a good idea because Candy is unable to really work on his own and make a living on his own so he needs help. My opinion of this is a great and smart idea to do. I think also that this woul be a good experience for all of them to work and live together on a farm.
Also Candy will make up for some of the lack of work that may go on and he will make it a better more clean place to live and work. And also Candy will give and help a lot with the money problem that they have.
Also in the future i worry about that Lennie will get fired because od what he did to Curley if they ever let the cat out of the bag or that a fight will happen again and Curley will beat Lennie and Lennie will be helpless in the fight. I think though that in the future Lennie will fit in with the group and everything will be great and they will respect him.

I am going to disagree with you saying that "Its a good idea for Candy to join."
ReplyDeleteI think that with Candy having more money into the share and stakes in the land I think that he will want more than them and maybe just take over. I think that George and Lennie are maybe trusting him too much and that they should really think before they talk about all of this in front of others.
Blogs need support. Use quotes and references from the book to support your thoughts and ideas.
ReplyDeleteTry to dig a bit deeper. Look for foreshadowing, symbols, etc. Your blog should consist of much more than you telling us what you think is a good idea. Stick more to discussing the meaning of the story and analyzing the characters.
